In the Belonging Collaborative®, we know growth-minded and open-hearted women professionals need meaningful relationships with genuine connections to thrive in our ever-changing and isolating culture. We also know that to flourish in our personal and professional lives we need support. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a community of belonging. We meet on the 1st-3rd Thursdays each month for 60 minutes for our Wholehearted Conversations™ in a virtual peer coaching model. What to expect: ~ Gather virtually by Zoom ~ Invitation to more reflection vs information gathering ~ Engage a more experiential model vs an educational model ~ Incorporate collaboration vs competitiveness ~ Build benches of support ~ Participate in Zoom breakout rooms to foster genuine connections and organic support We don't promise you more information, but we do promise you the opportunity for transformation. Who is the membership community not a good fit? + A woman who does not see herself as a professional + A woman who has too many meaningful relationships and doesn't need support + Someone afraid to genuinely connect with other women + A woman professional who prefers a more competitive style than collaboration Host and Facilitator: Angela Gage, founder & visionary of the Belonging Collaborative® and trained in spiritual direction, life coaching, grief education, and 12-step recovery. Angela will facilitate peer coaching within the membership community by utilizing Zoom breakout rooms. Most weeks at least one or two women will have the opportunity to be coached by Angela while being witnessed by her peers. Even if you are not on the hot seat being coached, everyone participating and observing will take away insight. This is your chance to find a psychologically and spiritually safe and supportive community of women professionals eager to be and do their best together. We are a group of high-impact and open-hearted women who know we won't grow alone. We need each other to find the support that offers freedom from the overwhelming anxiety and depression that often pervades our collective exhaustion of worldwide upheaval and fear.
